Both of our Co-Director’s specialities are contemporary dance !!
Lauren Williams graduated from Trinity Laban in 2024 and co-runs our sister company: Boogie Pumps Newbury. She freelances as a teacher, choreographer and performer across both contemporary dance and theatre disciplines, most recently in “Am I Actually Living?!?” and The Jane Austen Fan Club. She also runs and creates her own projects with Indigo Movement Company.
Lauren’s class consists of floor work and standing technique, a refreshing blend of training experiences. We’ll work hard and there will be something for everyone!
Reuben Spencer is a Berkshire based artist and co-runs our sister company: Boogie Pumps Newbury. He also runs his own RS Dance Company which creates thought provoking performances that educate the audience with contemporary dance and added styles.
Reuben prioritises creating a safe space for all dancers. In contemporary dance, he teaches grounded movement and floor work phrases that challenge the body.
